As a qualified Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) I offer a unique combination of wellness expertise, nurturing support, goal-setting and accountability to help you make and sustain real lifestyle changes—no matter how big, small, or difficult those changes are.

I help people to implement various dietary protocols, create short- and long-term goals and plan how to succeed in achieving those. I can support you with weight loss, stress reduction and chronic health management. I’m happy to work alongside your practitioner, following their recommendations and prescriptions supporting you as you implement those changes into your life.

I offer in-person coaching in Edinburgh, as well as working with clients globally via video call.

 
 
 
 

Just as a sports coach helps athletes develop and excel at sport, a health coach can help anyone develop and enjoy their best health, especially those living with chronic health conditions. Health coaching empowers you, getting you actively involved in setting your own health strategies.

  • As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I am equipped in tools to help you bridge the gap between the vision of your healthiest self and real transformation.

  • The duration of a health coaching session varies depending on your needs.

  • You can try a one-off session where we meet online or face-to-face for an hour.

  • However, if you’re working on something that requires more support, a block of 5 sessions will bring more benefits and long-lasting change.
