Would you like to get healthier but don’t know where to start?
I’m a trained Functional Medicine Health coach working with clients in-person in Edinburgh, or anywhere in world via video call.
The growth of health coaching is fueled by the increasing awareness of the importance of preventative care and the desire for a more personalized approach to health. With the rise of chronic diseases and lifestyle-related health issues, more people are seeking out health coaches to help them navigate these challenges and make lasting improvements.
Change can be exciting and we will work together to help you create your health vision and reach your health goals - across nutrition, sleep, stress reduction and movement.
I also design and deliver a number of health-related online group programmes.

Breathwork
Are you experiencing anxiety, feeling stressed, struggling with chronic pain or asthma symptoms? Or maybe you’re wondering how breathwork can enhance your healing journey and release the limitations that are holding you back from truly stepping into your path.
I’m a trained Breathwork Therapist who’s helped many people expand their lung capacity after severe respiratory illnesses as well as managing stress and improving health through different breathing protocols.
I also offer regular, ceremonial group Deep Breathwork Journeys using the conscious connected breathing technique. The transformation that these journeys bring is beyond imagination. Additionally, I work with clients in person in Edinburgh and anywhere in the world via video call.
I provide in-person group sessions in work environments to assist individuals with functional breathing and equip them with stress management tools.

I offer support in uncovering and addressing the specific emotional conflicts that underlie physical ailments. By understanding these root causes, we can work together to resolve them and restore your body’s natural balance.
This approach provides profound insights into how traumas and emotional conflicts manifest physically, viewing them not as diseases but as indicators guiding us toward areas where we need to free ourselves to achieve balance and growth.
I have been incorporating the principles of modalities such as German New Medicine and Dr. Hamer's understanding of illness. Additionally, I completed training courses with leading experts in this field, including Dr. Marzenna Radziszewska and Gilbert Renaud.

I am a passionate advocate for holistic health and well-being. For the past 17 years, I've dedicated my life to supporting individuals on their journey to optimal health. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding that every person is unique, and my mission is to meet you where you are, helping you bridge the gap to where you want to be.
My philosophy centers on the idea that health is the true wealth. By evaluating all aspects of health—nutrition, stress management, sleep, movement, social connections, emotional health, and spirituality—I help my clients set realistic goals to achieve balance and vitality in their lives.
I bring a wealth of experience in somatic practices such as massage and yoga, complemented by a trauma-informed perspective.
